As all products are custom-made, we follow a strict no return or refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below:

1. Exchange Eligibility:
   Exchange/replacement is allowed only for the same product purchased, and only in case of:

   • Size issues

   • Defective or damaged product received

   • Wrong item delivered

2. Personalised Items:
   Products with customised names, years, or batch prints are not eligible for exchange or replacement.

3. Exchange Process:

   • Fill out the Exchange Request Form (link below) within 3 days of delivery.

   • Once approved, the product will be picked up within 24–48 hours.

   • After we receive and inspect the item, the new product will be dispatched.

   • The entire process may take 7–8 working days.

   • In case the requested item is out of stock, our team will contact you with an estimated dispatch timeline.

4. Pickup Attempts:
   The courier partner will make 3 pickup attempts. Please ensure you are available to hand over the parcel to avoid delays.

5. Single Exchange Policy:
   Exchange is allowed only once per order.

6. Product Condition:
   Items sent for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
